Christine Parry serves as a Staff Attorney for Red Rock Securities Law. Christine’s primary focus is preparation of private securities offering documentation, SEC filings, and providing securities and business legal counsel to clients.

Christine brings a wealth of corporate transactional and securities experience to bear on behalf of our clients.

At the start of her career, Christine focused her practice on strategic and commercial corporate and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, real estate conveyance and cross-border securities transactions. She has experience working with public and private companies.

Before joining Red Rock Securities Law, Christine worked at a boutique law firm where she conducted independent due diligence reviews of complex alternative investment securities on behalf of independent broker/dealer and investment advisor clients. She quarterly reviewed and assessed issuer business transactions, operations, and related documentation, ongoing regulatory compliance issues, disclosure documents as well as corporate governance practices and procedures.

Christine earned her juris doctor degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law, in Lexington, Virginia, and her bachelor’s degree of arts in English Literature and Creative Writing from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She is an actively licensed attorney in New York.

Christine has always lived an independent life as a big city metro girl – five years in Chicago, down the street from Wrigley Field; an upswing in the midst of Manhattan; and an expansion of her life in the rapidly growing Denver, almost 12 years. She enjoys community volunteer work, the culinary arts, and tossing toys for her tiny kitten.
