Conn Flanigan is an attorney with Red Rock Securities Law. Conn has over 15 years of General Counsel level experience providing corporate and securities legal work and advice. Conn has significant experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, 1934 Act reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Conn also has experience in real estate including acting as General Counsel for a publicly traded medical REIT. His duties included leading the legal team responsible for the acquisition and financing of 42 medical facilities worth over $250m. He also has experience in structuring and negotiating complex debt financing agreements and credit agreements.

Conn’s securities experience includes securities offering preparation, disclosure memoranda drafting, drafting 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K filings and Section 16 reporting for public companies. He has also advised on the structure and drafting of various securities related agreements including stock and asset purchase agreements, convertible debt agreements, leases and operating agreements.

Conn received his Juris Doctorate from The University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in May 1996. Conn brings his significant corporate and securities experience to bear for Red Rock Securities Law clients. Conn is licensed in Colorado and currently resides in Denver, Colorado with his wife.
