Nicholas Antaki is Managing Attorney for Red Rock Securities Law. Nick has extensive experience in corporate, business transactional, and securities law. Nick’s extensive experience is critical to helping Red Rock clients navigate their way to success amongst the strict regulatory environment that applies to capital raises.

Nick has an extensive skillset including experience in SEC and State securities regulations, Regulation D, Regulation CF, and Regulation A+ exempt securities offerings, Opportunity Zone regulations, corporate law, licensing agreements, intellectual property law, real estate investment, and investment fund formation.

Prior to joining Red Rock, Nick was the Managing Member of The Ajax Law Group – advising businesses through all facets of the business life-cycle including formation, structuring, capital raises, acquisitions, and exits. He brings a rich knowledge base and an extensive base of experience that fortifies the delivery of our services to clients.

Nick is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and attended Law School at the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University.

In his free time, Nick enjoys graphic design, DJing, and spending time with his wife Heather, and his two huge dogs, Kronos and Athena.
